☁️Do you accept pre-orders?
Currently, we do not accept pre-orders. As each item is handmade, unexpected delays or urgent schedules may occur. To ensure that every piece meets our quality standards, we only offer ready-made items.
☁️No fixed Restock time
Since I work alone, sometimes unexpected things come up or certain designs take longer to finish. To ensure quality, I only restock when things are truly ready, so I don't announce exact restock dates in advance.
However, we always announce new launches on Instagram and 小红书(Red Note).Make sure to turn on the notification bell so you won’t miss it!
☁️Limited quantities
Each restock includes ony a small number of piece, while I can't produce in large batches.
☁️Shipping Schedule
Orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be handed over to the courier the next day.
Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed and handed over to the courier on the following Monday.
☁️Can I request a change in strap length?
We currently do not offer custom sizing by default. However, if you would like to request a change in the strap length, please contact us through arozoa@arozoaroom.com or instagram DM @arozoa_room .
If accepted, any additional cost and shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
